Job Overview We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to work independently in various environments. The HVAC Technician will ensure that all systems operate efficiently and comply with safety regulations. Duties Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. Conduct routine inspections of HVAC systems to identify potential issues. Troubleshoot and diagnose problems using tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic equipment. Perform equipment repairs and replacements as necessary. Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations regarding HVAC installations and repairs. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. Collaborate with other technicians and field service personnel to complete larger projects efficiently. Skills Proficient in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair techniques. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Experience with appliance repair and welding is a plus. Ability to operate a van for transportation to job sites as needed. Familiarity with field service operations and customer interaction. Competence in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for troubleshooting purposes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
