e2138-08831 Job Description Step into a dynamic environment supporting students in a full-time, on-site Speech-Language Pathology role working with the pediatric population. This opportunity is well-suited for professionals who are completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or already hold their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Youll make a meaningful impact by helping children reach important communication milestones, contributing both clinically and collaboratively within a team-focused school setting. Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required Current state licensure for SLP in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain prior to start) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome Experience or strong interest in working with the pediatric/school-aged population Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work full-time onsite

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-based pediatric population Develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapeutic interventions Collaborate with teachers, special educators, parents, and other support staff Maintain accurate records and comprehensive documentation in line with school and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
