What You'll Do As an Elevate SLP, you'll: Provide individualized pediatric speech-language therapy Complete speech-language evaluations Develop evidence-based treatment plans Collaborate with families and caregivers Work closely with OTs, PTs, feeding specialists, and ABA clinicians Support children with a wide range of communication needs Complete timely clinical documentation Participate in team collaboration and case consultation Continue developing your clinical skills through mentorship and professional development We Want You to Actually Enjoy Coming to Work We know pediatric therapy can be challenging. Full-Time or Part-Time — You Choose We're currently considering both full-time and part-time SLPs. Full-Time Full-time clinicians can build a robust outpatient pediatric caseload with opportunities for: Consistent clinic hours A diverse pediatric caseload Specialty development Collaboration with our multidisciplinary team Mentorship and professional development Leadership opportunities as you grow Full-time clinic schedules include evening availability, with at least two evenings per week until approximately 7:00 PM. Part-Time Looking for fewer hours? We're also interested in SLPs who want a part-time clinic schedule , including clinicians looking for: 2-3 afternoons/evenings per week Consistent afternoon hours A position alongside another job A schedule that works around family responsibilities The opportunity to gradually grow a caseload There is no requirement that a part-time clinician become full-time. We'll talk with you about what schedule makes sense. Clinical Fellows — Please Apply! We genuinely enjoy mentoring new SLPs. Our Clinical Fellows receive support from experienced clinicians and have access to a multidisciplinary team rather than trying to navigate their CF year alone. You'll have opportunities to learn from SLPs with experience in areas including AAC, feeding, autism, early language, speech sound disorders, and complex communication. QualificationsRequired Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology New Jersey SLP license or eligibility Strong communication and documentation skills Commitment to providing high-quality pediatric care Preferred CCC-SLP or CF eligible Pediatric experience Experience with AAC, autism, feeding, or other pediatric specialty areas Clinical Fellows are strongly encouraged to apply.
