Speech-Language Pathologist — Part-Time Clinic Afternoon Coverage Mount Laurel OR Eastampton, NJ Part-Time | 2-4 Afternoons Per Week | Until 7:00 PM A Great Part-Time Opportunity for an SLP Who Wants Consistent Clinic Hours At Elevate Health & Therapeutic Services , speech-language pathology isn't just one of the services we offer—it's where our story began. Our practice was founded by Speech-Language Pathologists who believed every child deserves to be heard, understood, and empowered to communicate. That philosophy continues to shape everything we do today. We are specifically looking for an SLP to provide afternoon/evening coverage in one of our two outpatient clinics. This position is 2-4 afternoons per week, with availability until 7:00 PM. The immediate need is for clinic-based coverage only . This is not a school-based position and does not require school hours. There may be opportunities to increase hours over time as your caseload grows, but the current opening is specifically for 2-4 clinic afternoons per week. The Position You'll provide outpatient speech-language therapy to pediatric clients in a warm, collaborative clinic environment.
Current schedule need:
2-4 afternoons per week Afternoon start times (e.g. 3, 3:30, 4pm) Availability until approximately 7:00 PM Work at one of our two clinic locations: Mount Laurel or Eastampton Pediatric outpatient therapy Part-time position Opportunity for additional hours as your caseload develops If you're looking for a consistent part-time position that fits around another job, school schedule, family responsibilities, or other commitments, this may be a great fit. What You'll Do Conduct speech-language evaluations as appropriate Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Provide engaging therapy for children with a variety of communication needs Collaborate with OTs, PTs, feeding specialists, ABA clinicians, families, and other SLPs Educate parents and caregivers to support progress outside therapy sessions Complete timely clinical documentation Participate as a collaborative member of our clinical team Who We're Looking For Our ideal clinician: Loves working with children and families Builds genuine relationships with patients and caregivers Takes initiative and enjoys solving clinical challenges Communicates professionally and compassionately Is dependable and accountable Enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team Has a growth mindset and enjoys continuing education Wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children Most importantly, we're looking for someone whose heart is as big as their clinical skills.
Qualifications Required:
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology New Jersey Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligibility) Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred:
CCC-SLP or CF eligible Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply. We provide mentorship and support to help you build confidence and clinical excellence throughout your fellowship year. Compensation & Benefits Compensation is competitive and based on experience and credentials.
