We are currently seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team on a per diem basis supporting adult and geriatric clients throughout Hudson County, NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP looking for flexibility, autonomy, and meaningful one-on-one patient care. Why You'll Love This Opportunity Flexible per diem scheduling Manageable geographic territories One-on-one patient care in the home setting Supportive multidisciplinary team environment Tablet-based documentation and streamlined technology Career growth, training, and scholarship opportunities Recognition for the impact you make every day What You'll Do As a Home Health Speech Language Pathologist, you will: Provide in-home speech therapy evaluations and treatments for adult and geriatric clients Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams Modify care plans as patient needs evolve Educate patients and caregivers to promote safety, independence, and improved quality of life Collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members Complete timely electronic documentation using a tablet-based EMR system Qualifications Current NJ Speech Language Pathologist license required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Home health experience preferred but not required Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable with electronic documentation/EMR systems Benefits & Perks At BAYADA, our employees are our greatest asset.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation: $65.00
