Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to support a vibrant elementary school community! This full-time, contract position offers the chance to work in a collaborative educational environment serving students from 8:15 AM to 3:15 PM, 35 hours per week, with an immediate start and assignment through June 25, 2027. You will work directly with an elementary caseload at an engaging school setting, using your expertise to perform speech, language, and communication assessments, therapies, and evaluations. Candidates should be ready to provide their own testing materials to meet student needs efficiently and effectively.
Key Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure for New Jersey (CCC required) Prior school-based SLP experiencedistrict familiarity is a must Able to manage a diverse elementary caseload Experience conducting comprehensive speech and language testing, evaluations, and assessments Reliable personal transportation and a daily commute that fits with the school location Ability to provide all necessary testing materials Physical exam, TB test, and fingerprints (agency and district) required during onboarding Cannot accept Clinical Fellow (CF) or SLPA applicants at this time
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver individualized and group therapy to elementary students Complete required assessments, progress notes, and IEP documentation Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators for student success Participate in eligibility, placement, and IEP meetings Service a full caseload based on student need You'll have the chance to make a genuine difference in childrens lives within an energetic school community.
