Qualifications and Experience:

Valid SLP license in New Jersey Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Previous school-based or pediatric experience highly preferred Competency in managing caseloads that include both general education and special education students Strong documentation, communication, and collaboration skills

What You'll Do:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in elementary (about 15 students, approximately 1.5 days/week), as well as middle and high school levels Support a majority middle school caseload, including students in self-contained LLD and Autism (AU) classrooms Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and participate in meetings as required Track progress and maintain accurate records Serve as a resource for families and school staff on speech-language issues Adapt interventions to meet culturally and linguistically diverse student needs Working hours align with school schedules: Elementary (8:45am-3pm), Middle (8:30am-2:50pm), and High School (8:05am-3pm), Monday through Friday.
