Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong CFY candidates are welcome Pediatric and/or school-based SLP experience preferred Flexibility to provide services via teletherapy if needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dedication to culturally sensitive, student-centered care

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings for students Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Deliver therapy sessions individually or in groups, tailored to student needs Maintain thorough and timely documentation of evaluations, progress, and outcomes Collaborate regularly with educators, families, and other professionals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary planning Integrate evidence-based practices and current methodologies into therapy Educate school community members on communication disorders and strategies for support Enjoy the opportunity to make a difference in students lives in a contract role that allows you to utilize your full skill set and grow professionally.
