Responsibilities Deliver a wide range of nail services such as classic manicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art using current techniques and trends Maintain strict sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable nail designs or enhancements Stay current with industry trends in nail care, color theory, and design techniques to offer innovative options to clients Upsell additional services like body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Cultivate excellent customer service by creating a friendly, professional environment that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews Manage retail sales effectively by recommending nail care products, skincare items, or hair extensions that meet clients' needs while applying retail math skills Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty service role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work Knowledge of cosmetology practices including sanitation procedures, body waxing, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments is highly desirable Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on nail care routines and product usage Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management and sales tracking Certification in cosmetology or related beauty fields required; additional training in barbering or esthetic treatments is a plus Join us to unleash your creativity in a lively environment where your skills make a real difference!
