Job Description

What you need to bring:
Enrollment in a clinical fellowship year for speech-language pathology (must be eligible for CFY) Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Ability to obtain and maintain an active SLP license in New Mexico Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for working with children and adolescents Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with school staff and families Your responsibilities include: Conducting screenings, evaluations, and therapy sessions for students with speech/language needs Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Documenting progress and preparing reports according to district and federal guidelines Consulting with teachers, families, and fellow therapists to maximize student outcomes Participating in IEP meetings and contributing as a valued member of the school team Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, company-matched 401(k) plan, and competitive weekly pay.
