Desired Qualifications:

Current or eligibility for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CFY) with strong academic and internship experience Valid SLP license or ability to secure licensure for the state Prior exposure to school-based settings or interest in learning Effective communicator with students, staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver direct therapy services and document progress toward IEP goals Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to promote speech and language development Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the educational team Adapt therapy materials and techniques to meet students diverse needs Ensure professional standards and compliance are met in all documentation and service delivery
