Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal pharmacy regulations and standards Manage daily pharmacy operations and oversee pharmacy staff Collaborate with hospital leadership to support clinical services and patient care Maintain standards consistent with pharmacy accreditation requirements Utilize MedHost EMR to document and manage pharmacy activities effectively

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Current New Mexico Pharmacy License is required Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Pharmacy Director, preferably in a hospital setting Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory compliance and pharmacy operations Proficient in using MedHost electronic medical records system Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills This role is ideal for an experienced pharmacy leader seeking to make a meaningful impact within a community hospital environment.
