Job Description

We have partnered with a school district seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join their team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity in the Lovington, New Mexico area. All applicants must be licensed Speech-Language Pathologists or eligible for licensure in the state of New Mexico. Compensation for this position is highly competitive, negotiable, and often exceeds what is available through traditional direct-hire school district positions. Job Responsibilities:

Engage students using evidence-based speech and language interventions Conduct student evaluations and assessments Collaborate with administrators, teachers, parents, and related service providers in the development and implementation of IEPs Administer diagnostic assessments and provide appropriate interventions Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with district and state requirements

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Communication Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Current New Mexico licensure through the Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, and Hearing Aid Dispensing Practices Board Jack Aldihaimawi Elevation Healthcare (815) 494-2596
