Key Qualifications:

Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or eligibility to obtain Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children (K-12) Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques for a range of speech and language disorders Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organizational strengths to manage caseloads and documentation efficiently

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students in individual and group settings Evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Complete thorough, timely assessments and progress reports Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Counsel and educate families on strategies to encourage communication development at home Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and ongoing professional development This full-time (37.5 hours per week), school-based position is perfect for passionate SLPs—whether you are fully certified or pursuing your CFY.
