Category Schools - SLP - Telespeech Job Type Contract A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available in Rio Rancho, NM, serving PreK through 3rd-grade students. This contract role begins on August 12, 2026, and extends through the entire school year. The caseload includes 40-50 students, requiring dedicated support to enhance their communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech therapy services to PreK-3rd grade students, focusing on individual and group sessions. Utilize teletherapy and telespeech methods to provide remote support as needed. Assess, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's communication needs. Collaborate with educators and families to promote effective speech and language interventions. Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy sessions in compliance with school policies.

Qualifications:

Full licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in New Mexico is required. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred. Experience providing speech-language services in school settings. Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage a caseload of 40-50 students effectively.
