Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Holds a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure (or eligibility) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience delivering speech and language therapy in a school setting is preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Organized and flexible, with a collaborative spirit

Responsibilities & Duties:

Provide direct speech-language services to a caseload of approximately 35 students Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and set measurable goals Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success Maintain accurate records and data in compliance with district and state requirements Deliver therapy sessions individually and in small groups, both for speech and language needs Engage in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
