Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Current CCC-SLP or CFY status; valid state licensure or eligibility required Previous pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students with varied needs Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and implement individualized therapy plans Collaborate with educators and support staff to foster student success Maintain accurate records and contribute to multidisciplinary meetings Deliver direct and consultative services across grade levels
