9657076-89191 Job Description Make a meaningful impact in education and support student success as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist working with a small charter district situated near Nellis Afb, NV. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to deliver specialized speech and language services in a close-knit school environment from now through the end of the school year. Youll serve a diverse K-12th grade caseload at a single school site, making it possible to build rapport and see students progress first-hand.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Nevada, or eligibility to obtain Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in SLP preferred Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly valued Expertise in assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for K-12 students Strong communication skills to collaborate with students, families, and staff Comfortable working collaboratively within a charter school environment

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students K-12 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs tailored to student goals Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed Consult with teachers and multidisciplinary staff to promote student achievement Communicate therapy goals, strategies, and results with families and caregivers
