Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Active licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Nevada Experience working in a school environment is highly desirable Pediatric experience and a passion for supporting children and adolescents Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct therapy services to K-12 students with speech, language, and communication needs Complete evaluations, develop individualized education program (IEP) goals, and track student progress Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students' educational success Maintain accurate records and required documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines Consult and problem-solve with other SLPs in the small charter district Participate in school-based meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
