What they do
A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description
Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current or eligible state license in Speech-Language Pathology SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply Experience working with school-aged children preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to effectively manage a caseload of 25-30 students Commitment to student progress and individualized supportResponsibilities:
Provide direct therapy services to K-6 students with diverse communication needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school and legal requirements Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-wide initiatives This position offers excellent pay alongside comprehensive benefits and full-time employment.
