Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows welcome to apply Previous experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings highly valued Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to fostering positive, inclusive learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct assessment and intervention for students with speech, language, and communication needs Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals aligned with student needs Maintain accurate records and document student progress Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and families to maximize student success Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions Deliver services individually and in small groups, adjusting techniques to fit diverse learning styles Bring your passion for helping children navigate and overcome communication barriers, and thrive in a supportive, engaged school community.
