9658167-14075 Job Description Step into a rewarding contract role providing vital speech therapy services to students for the full 2026-2027 school year! Work closely with a supportive special education team to make an impact on students communication skills, ensuring they receive exceptional care and guidance. The schedule runs from September 8, 2026, through June 24, 2027, with daily hours from 7:45 AM to 3:00 PM and a manageable caseload of up to 40 half-hour sessions per week.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Possession of current CCC certification or eligibility for CFY supervision Prior school-based experience preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds considered Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills A commitment to supporting children with diverse communication needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-12 students Provide direct speech-language therapy sessions in accordance with IEP goals Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Adapt interventions and materials to best serve each student's unique needs Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning atmosphere
