Job Description

Make a difference in the lives of children by providing outstanding Speech-Language services in a welcoming educational environment near Kingston, NY. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals passionate about supporting student communication and language development, while gaining valuable experience in pediatric and school-based settings.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but those with Clinical Fellowship (CF) experience are encouraged to apply Previous pediatric or school-based experience is a plus Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and families Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a dynamic, diverse environment
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech and language therapy services to pediatric students as outlined in their IEPs Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to develop individualized treatment goals Work collaboratively with teachers, special education staff, and parents to foster student success Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation that adhere to school and regulatory standards Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions Utilize creative and evidence-based practices to engage students across a range of needs This is an excellent opportunity to expand your skills, positively impact young learners, and be immersed in a collaborative school community.
