What were looking for:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred Proven experience or training in pediatric and school-based SLP services Familiarity with IEP processes and special education documentation Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit Ability to create engaging, individualized therapy plans tailored to diverse student needs Key responsibilities include: Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students Design and implement effective, age-appropriate therapy sessions Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to optimize support Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations Contribute ideas and strategies to the broader therapeutic and educational team Support classrooms through consultation, collaboration, and tailored resources This contract position offers an opportunity to make a daily difference in childrens lives while working in a positive, encouraging school environment.
