Job Description

Make a meaningful impact in the lives of students as a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist working onsite in a supportive school environment near Monticello, NY. This rewarding contract opportunity offers you the chance to support K-12 students as they develop vital communication and language skills, collaborating closely with educators and families.
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid New York SLP license required Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with K-12 students in a school or similar setting preferred Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments to determine student speech and language needs Develop and implement effective, individualized therapy plans for students across the K-12 age range Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student goals and progress Provide direct therapy sessions, monitor progress, and adjust intervention strategies as needed Maintain accurate records of evaluations, IEPs, and ongoing student performance Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to interdisciplinary teams
