Collaborate closely with educators and families while making a lasting difference in students' academic and everyday communication. Position Overview Assess students' speech, language, and communication needs through formal and informal evaluations and ongoing classroom-based observation. Provide direct speech-language therapy and individualized interventions based on each student's assessed needs and goals. Develop and implement treatment plans, progress reports, and other documentation while maintaining accurate service and attendance records. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress, coordinate services, and promote communication skills across the school environment. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active New York State Speech-Language Pathologist License Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates will be considered Valid TSSLD and/or TSHH Certification Current NPI number required; school-based experience strongly preferred Why Join Cross Country Education?

Competitive Pay:
