Qualifications:

Active Speech-Language Pathology license Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required Prior experience working in a school-based setting, particularly with preschool-aged children, highly valued Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs), progress monitoring, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Strong communication and organizational skills Passion for fostering developmental growth in early childhood

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs for preschool students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans Provide direct therapy services for students with non-verbal, speech delay, and developmental delay needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes Participate in team meetings, progress reporting, and student support activities Maintain compliance with all documentation and confidentiality standards
