Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist within an engaging educational environment near Buffalo, NY. Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP Clinical Certificate of Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience working with pediatric populations, ideally in public or private school settings Strong understanding of IEP processes and compliance Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families Commitment to evidence-based therapy and inclusive practices
Core Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, communication, and language disorders for students ranging from preschool through high school Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with each students IEP goals and academic success Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and support staff to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify students who may benefit from services Maintain thorough, confidential documentation of progress and treatment outcomes Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and updates Provide training and support for staff and families to foster communication development in various educational settings Discover the chance to advance your professional skills in a supportive, student-focused atmosphere.
