Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a real impact this fall by supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist during an FMLA vacancy. This full-time, contract opportunity offers a rewarding role near Whitesboro and Herkimer, NY, providing services in a dynamic school environment with a mixed caseload. In this position, you'll work 35 hours per week alongside educators to deliver high-quality speech and language interventions. As a valued member of the team, your expertise will help students overcome communication barriers and succeed both academically and socially.

Desired Skills and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; strong CF candidates considered Previous experience in a school-based setting Strong ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple grade levels Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
