Compensation $300 Sign-On Bonus available for candidates who onboard and begin a caseload between August 1st and November 1st Early Intervention - 1099 Independent Provider Starting rate: $58 per 30-minute session DOH Provider Agreement required Early Intervention - W-2 Provider Starting rate: $54 per 30-minute session DOH Provider Agreement is not required to begin providing services as a W-2 employee. Providers who initially join as W-2 may transition to 1099 status once their DOH Agreement is obtained.
