Job Description
ABOUT THE ROLE
At BeKids PT, we're a pediatric-focused clinic passionate about helping kids thrive — and we're growing our team. We're looking for a compassionate, skilled speech-language pathologist to join us part-time and make a real difference for children and their families. You'll work alongside a supportive, multidisciplinary team in a clinic built specifically around kids.RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs in pediatric patients using established evaluation tools. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that support speech, language, and social communication development. Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions for early intervention and school-aged children. Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and other members of our multidisciplinary team. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed to maximize outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, session notes, and progress reports in compliance with regulatory standards. Coach and educate families on strategies to support communication development at home and in school.QUALIFICATIONS
Valid Ohio licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure). Experience working with children in early intervention, school, or outpatient pediatric settings preferred. Strong knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and communication disorders. Proficiency in pediatric assessment tools and evidence-based intervention techniques. Excellent communication skills and a warm, patient-centered approach with children and families. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.SCHEDULE
Hours:
16 - 30 hours per week Available days:Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday Note:
