The focus is on supporting older children and adolescents up to age 21 in a school setting, delivering targeted speech-language services remotely.

Responsibilities:

Deliver virtual speech-language therapy sessions according to individualized student needs. Support students with truancy challenges by providing therapeutic intervention. Collaborate with on-site staff to align therapy with educational goals. Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with relevant state and education department guidelines. Adjust therapy schedules and plans based on student availability within a partial-day program structure.

Qualifications:

Valid Ohio Speech-Language Pathology license. Certification from the Ohio Department of Education (ODE) as a school-based SLP. Experience working with pediatric/adolescent populations in school or healthcare settings. Competency in teletherapy platforms and virtual service delivery. Ability to manage time effectively to maximize limited session minutes.

Virtual services supporting a school in Euclid, Ohio. This contract role involves providing approximately 2-5 hours of service monthly, delivering individualized therapy sessions ranging from 60 to 90 minutes per student. Flexibility and efficiency in scheduling virtual sessions within a partial-day school model are essential.
