Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Active state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology. CCC-SLP awarded by ASHA preferred; motivated Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply. Previous school-based experience is highly valued. Solid understanding of IEP processes and speech/language assessment procedures. Proven ability to work with students across various grade levels and communication needs. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to determine speech/language support needs for students. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to student-specific goals. Deliver therapy sessions targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams. Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and federal guidelines. Provide guidance and support to educators and families on communication strategies.
