Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current or eligible Ohio SLP licensure. Prior experience in a pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school setting. Familiarity with IEP development, progress tracking, and parent communication. Strong communication and organizational skills. Comfortable managing varying caseloads and adapting interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K12 students. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students unique needs. Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups. Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case notes and documentation. Participate in IEP meetings and progress reviews.
