Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license for the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, though strong CF candidates may be considered Recent experience providing speech and language services in schools Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and compliance Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students speech and language needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans within a multi-disciplinary team Provide direct intervention to students in group and individual settings Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support educational goals Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
