Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license in Ohio (or eligibility) Previous experience in school settings preferred Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support personnel Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
Core Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders for students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state requirements Provide therapy sessions in both group and individual settings
