Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity providing expert speech-language therapy services to K-12 students near Dublin, OH. You'll play a pivotal role in nurturing communication skills and fostering growth for a diverse caseload of 38 students, working closely with educators and families to support every learner's unique journey. As a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), you'll engage with students across all grade levels, tailoring interventions and strategies to meet varying needs and ensure meaningful progress. Your expertise will make a direct impact, with a total service provision of 7,160 minutes per quarter and a flexible schedule of up to 30 hours per week.
What We're Looking For:
Valid state licensure and SLP-CCC certification required Strong background in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology Experience providing services to students in grades K-12 Ability to manage a caseload of 38 students efficiently Exceptional communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Commitment to holistic, individualized therapy approaches
What You'll Be Doing:
Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments and develop targeted treatment plans Deliver direct therapy services, tracking progress and adapting approaches as needed Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to integrate therapy into the classroom environment Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting Maintain thorough and timely documentation according to school and professional guidelines Offer guidance and support to families and educational staff on language development strategies This role provides the satisfaction of meaningful student progress in an educational environment that values professional expertise and innovation.
