Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active and current SLP license in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain) Recent experience in school-based settings preferred Strong assessment, therapy planning, and documentation skills Confident communicator with students, families, and education teams Adaptable, collaborative, and enthusiastic about working with diverse populations
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver direct therapy services, both group and individual Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families Maintain accurate records and submit documentation promptly Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute insights
