Qualifications/Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders. Active SLP license for the state of Ohio. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellows also considered. Prior school-based experience is highly desirable. Proficient in evaluation, diagnosis, and development of individualized education plans (IEPs). Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs. Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions aligned with students' IEP goals. Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student progress. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress, and compliance requirements. Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and school events as needed. Provide both direct and consultative services to support student success in academic and social settings. Adapt therapy approaches to meet the diverse needs of the student population.
