Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or certification (CCC or eligible CFY) Experience or strong interest in working within school settings Ability to provide engaging, age-appropriate therapeutic interventions for K-5th grade students Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families Initiative, adaptability, and reliability in a dynamic educational environment

Role Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs Offer consultation and support to teachers and parents regarding communication strategies in the classroom and at home Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required by the school system Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute positively to the school community This position offers an empowering setting where your skills and compassion can have a lasting impact.
