The Village at Marymount is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. As an SLP, you will play a vital role in empowering our residents to achieve their optimal communication and swallowing function. With a strong focus on clinical excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care, our team provides comprehensive Rehabilitation services to our residents.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' communication and swallowing abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needs and goals Provide evidence-based Speech-Language Pathology interventions, including individual and group therapy sessions Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care plans Document and maintain accurate records of resident progress and treatment outcomes Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) Ohio Speech-Language Pathology licensure
