Job Description

Step into an impactful role providing speech-language pathology services at a location near Hamilton, OH. This full-time, on-site contract position allows you to deliver essential support to students, fostering their academic and personal development. Desired Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Active licensure for speech-language pathology in Ohio Previous school-based SLP experience preferred Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver therapy aligned with student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support IEP goals Maintain accurate, timely records and reports consistent with district policies Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to maximize student potential Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions This contract position offers both consistency and the dynamic, rewarding nature of school-based therapy.
