Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license in Ohio Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Previous experience in school-based settings (preferred) Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork skills Passion for supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs Deliver direct therapy services to students in both individual and small group settings Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members Maintain accurate records and progress notes Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and professional development Adapt therapy methods to meet each students unique needs By bringing your skills and dedication, youll play a vital role in helping students reach their potential.
