r41286-43301 Job Description Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School-Based | Marion, OH | $55$65+/hr ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time school-based position in Marion, Ohio. Position Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy services to students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and IEP-related records Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning for students receiving services

Qualifications:

Active Ohio SLP license Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology ASHA CCCs preferred; Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills

Compensation & Benefits:
