Qualifications & Requirements:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active state licensure

ASHA Certification:

CF or CCC required Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students Develop targeted therapy plans to address individual IEP goals Partner with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success Keep accurate, compliant documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise to the multidisciplinary team Adjust therapy approaches to support diverse learning needs and student backgrounds
