Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or pending SLP license in Ohio (or eligibility for reciprocity) Experience with pediatric and school-based populations, including early childhood and elementary students Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Strong communication and organizational skills Preference given to those with background supporting diverse and varied student needs
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct therapy and intervention to K12 students, addressing communication, language, and speech disorders Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and adjust therapy as needed Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student success in the classroom Participate in professional development and school meetings
