Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid SLP license in Ohio, or eligibility to obtain one Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFY) warmly encouraged to apply Previous experience in a school-based setting, especially with elementary-aged children, is desirable Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Passion for helping children achieve communication milestones

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to students in grades K-5 Develop individualized treatment plans and perform diagnostic assessments Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student success Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare required reports Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams Offer education and resources to staff and families about speech and language development
