Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Pediatric Therapy Part-Time Position Sunshine Center Pediatric Therapy Broken Arrow, OK (Tulsa Metro) About Sunshine Center Pediatric Therapy Sunshine Center Pediatric Therapy is a growing, family-centered pediatric therapy clinic in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, dedicated to providing high-quality Speech Therapy (ST), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. We specialize in supporting children with autism, developmental delays, speech and language disorders, and other needs through compassionate, evidence-based care. We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a part-time afternoon schedule . Position Overview This is a part-time position with hours Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM (approximately 25 hours per week). As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist at Sunshine Center, you will help children improve their communication skills, feeding/swallowing abilities, and overall development during after-school hours. You will work closely with families, therapists from other disciplines, and clinical leadership to create individualized treatment plans that support each child's unique journey. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and feeding/swallowing evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs Provide direct therapy services in a supportive clinic environment during afternoon sessions Effectively communicate diagnostic results, diagnoses, and recommended treatment plans to families in clear, compassionate, and easily understood language Collaborate with OT and ABA teams, and families to ensure coordinated, whole-child care Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with state and federal regulations Participate in team meetings, parent training, and ongoing professional development Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Oklahoma state license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain one) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) are welcome to apply Experience working with pediatric populations, especially children with autism or developmental delays, is highly valued Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to approach problems objectively while remaining supportive and solution-focused Excellent written and verbal communication skills Patience, compassion, and outstanding listening skills — essential qualities when supporting families through what can sometimes be a slow but rewarding progress journey What We Offer Competitive 50-60 hourly rate (Per Billable Hour) based on experience 401(k) with 50% employer match Collaborative team environment with strong clinical leadership Modern clinic facilities and up-to-date therapy tools Predictable afternoon schedule ideal for work-life balance At Sunshine Center, we believe in "iron sharpens iron" — we support and challenge each other to deliver the highest quality, family-centered care while maintaining a healthy work-life balanceary.
