Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license in Oklahoma (or eligibility to obtain) Prior experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings is preferred Familiarity with a range of communication disorders in children Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to collaborative work with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs in grades K12 Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other professionals for holistic support Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development as needed
