Desired Qualifications:
Current, valid SLP license (or eligibility) in Oklahoma Recent experience in hospital-based speech-language pathology Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary healthcare team Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy to hospital patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Document patient progress accurately and timely Educate patients and families regarding treatment processes and goals Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative workplace culture
